SAFETY
Implementation of the entire project in accordance with the contractual arrangements is ensured by the INSURANCE PERFORMANCE BOND. This guarantee is delivered to the Investor before commencement of works and it is effective until the date of final acceptance. The guarantee sum depends on the value of the contract and Investor’s requirements.
Efficient guarantee service is provided by the INSURANCE DEFECTS LIABILITY GUARANTEE. This guarantee is delivered to the Investor after final acceptance and it is effective until the end date of the guarantee period. The guarantee sum depends on the value of the contract and Investor’s requirements.
We maintain PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE for damages to persons and property due to business activity and owned property. The insurance sum amounts to 2.000.000 PLN. This ensures the financial safety of the company in the case of causing damage to a third party.
COMMENDAM SUM of ART Building company amounts to 860.000 PLN and it has been paid in full.
