The project also includes the creation of a common space that will serve as a place to meet, exchange ideas and integrate employees. Moreover, the building will feature a range of amenities, such as a fitness area, conference rooms and parking spaces for bicycles to encourage the use of more environmentally friendly modes of transportation. As part of the concern for employees’ quality of life, the facility will also feature cafes and restaurants offering healthy, local products, and green terraces will be installed on the rooftops, which will be ideal for breaks during the workday. In this way, we will create spaces that promote a balanced approach to work-life, contributing to the well-being of employees and the environment.
Construction of the facility will begin next month, and work is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. During the entire construction process, we will adhere to the highest ecological standards, using materials with a low environmental impact and minimizing the generation of waste. In addition, the investment will be implemented in close cooperation with local authorities and NGOs to ensure compliance with regulations and effective promotion of sustainable development.
We plan to involve local suppliers and contractors in the construction process, thereby supporting the local economy. To ensure the safety of employees, strict risk and health management procedures will be applied at the construction site, which will affect the efficiency and quality of the investment.
The new office building is a promise of the future, in which working in an office will mean not only comfort, but also conscious support for the development of a sustainable economy. The investment responds to the growing expectations of the market, where employers and employees are increasingly looking for solutions that promote both business and care for the surrounding environment, as well as the health and well-being of those employed.
